I bought these for my Aspen collar as I needed more extras than I was given by my doctors after my neck surgery. I was sweating a LOT and my head needed extra padding desperately to protect it from the hard shell while sleeping, as I was instructed to sleep on my back. Holes in the head from pressure are NOT fun. These solved that problem. Saved my sanity the weeks I had to use my brace. They are easy to wash, but I definitely recommend having a couple sets more than your doctor "thinks" you may need because they take some time to dry thoroughly, and switching only two sets will NOT be enough. Try to have a total of three or four purely to make sure they dry well, especially if you have sensory issues. Changing out these pads is really simple, pay attention to how your doctor had the first set installed when you go to swap out (or have your carer swap them, as it is safer to keep your head braced). If I ever have to have another cervical fusion I am definitely buying more of these for my shell. I would not have been able to order directly from the manufacturer and have them arrive in time.

These replacement pads for the Aspen Vista MultiPost Cervical Collar Neck Brace are a lifesaver. After having cervical fusion surgery, I have to wear my Vista collar 24 hours a day for 10 weeks. I need these pads so I can wash the original ones and still be able to wear my collar while the other set air dries. These pads fit perfectly and are reasonably priced. They velcro right onto the collar and they're washable as well. They're cushioned and are just as comfortable as the original set that came with the collar. I highly recommend these replacement pads if your in a situation like me.

Needed a couple of them to help my mom recover after surgery for twelve weeks. Bought these pads and hand washed each set several times with gentle soap and water to get through the recovery time. Good product.
