Just what I wanted!
My aunt will only use lard to fry her donuts. With all this covid mess, she hasn't been able to find lard anywhere to make donuts. It felt weird to order this online, but my aunt is very happy and her donuts are delicious!

traditional lard
This is the good stuff which has been available for decades. Excellent quality but, of course, not low calorie. I'd recommend this product. My mother used it long ago

Want the best fried chicken-use this
In Indiana kitchens, chicken pieces are seasoned with salt and plenty of black pepper, dunked in a light coating of flour, and then cooked in bubbling lard. The result is fried chicken that is crisp (not craggy) in texture on the outside, super- juicy on the inside, and uniquely savory. (from Cook's Country)

Toxic to the body
This is not real lard, it is hydrogenated oils and terrible for human consumption. It is quite deceptive
