My product did NOT come with a pump. And the lid isn’t a flip up lid, so it’s inconvenient. The scent is a mild floral scent and the shampoo is a clear pink color. My bottle came with a safety seal under the cap. The safety seal was 25% opened though. So apparently from what the directions say on the bottle, this clarifying shampoo is to be used BEFORE using the brand’s formaldehyde or keratin treatment. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have purchased this shampoo as it sounds like it’s salon-strength clarifying and that’s not what I need or want. I’ve used this shampoo twice every other day. I have a greasy scalp and I use product after shampooing. So after using this shampoo, my hair and scalp feel clean and isn’t super dried out.
