I was looking for a pack to handle 2-3 day hiking trips for fishing & camping and this fits the bill exactly. Perfect size for just the trips. I've put about 6 trail miles loaded up and it is comfortable to me. I like the hip padding and the straps are super easy to adjust and they stay tight!Zipper down the center of pack sure makes it nice to access items too.Water bottle pockets on outside are at a nice angle to pull from when pack is on and it even has a through hole for hydration bottles and hosing that I will utilize as well!!!!!Fully loaded for a weekend with food and gear, I am maxed out perfectly with this pack.Stitching is solid. Plastic clips are the good ones, not the cheap ones that break after a little tension. It even comes with a rain cover. I do wish the cover was a little bulkier to cover tent/sleeping pad but that can be remedied easy enough with garbage bags :)

I really wanted to love this backpack until I used it. The "Frame" is a very thin plastic sheet. Not a frame at all just a thin plastic sheet about as thick and sturdy as cereal box cardboard. As soon as I put it on the "frame" bent into my spine with about 30lbs in the pack. By the time I reached my campsite (6 miles) my back was rubbed raw or bruised and I was very sore. You can see in the video me pushing on the bulging plastic sheet and how easy it flexes. I might return it, not sure. Bummer is I got it on prime day and now will have to pay full price to replace it.

What an awesome pack with multiple surprises:1. side pockets are not connected at the top or bottom so you can easily slide and axe/ saw through them for easy accessibility.2. there is a small aux hole for one's camel back tube to fit inside.3. all straps are fully adjustable and easy to secure.

The head is attached by Velcro which is kind of annoying if you have anything somewhat heavy on the top but I think this is going to last a very long time
