Small Garden Plastic Net Cups Pots Fits in 2 Inch Holes, Set of 40

These work great with my Gardyn 2.0 units. I've noticed Gardyn had recently changed their Y cube design to look more like these baskets.

After using this net cup for a few months, I've learned that the width of the lip is very important. The width for this one to me is insufficient thus three stars. As the plant gets larger and heavier, things are fine as long as the plant is straight. However, if the plant tips to one side (common if the plant is staked because the stake has to be outside of the nutrient container), the entire net cup can push through the hole supporting the net cup and become submerged. This is okay if you catch it the same day and pull the net cup back above the hole but not after a few days. The upper portion of the root mass will suffocate from lack of air/oxygen because it is submerged. I plan to replace my net cups with ones with a wider lip.

this is just what i was looking for to convert my 2" net pots to a smaller size but using the same 2" hole without falling in to the nutrient solution. inside diameter is about 1 7/8" perfect for my needs with the outside over 2". price is right but may not be as durable as my 2" pots which have lasted 5 years and running. will have to wait and see. have ordered 30 more packages.

They fit in my Gardyn Unit perfectly. Otherwise its 5 dollars for a empty pod. Life saver
