excellently packaged, delivered and was easy to install. I put them on the top part of the double hung window, because we pull the top down to bring in dust free , rain free breezes.

Polymer, not metal.
I thought these were powder coated white metal but they're some kind of polymer. Other than that, it's fine and exactly as it says. It comes will decent instructions even thought it's kind of a straightforward item. It's meant to coordinate specifically with Pella windows so they help the user match it and mount it accordingly.

im not the type of person to write reviews but this product is an exception to the ruleit is very easy to install and it is a must to have on every windowit makes opening the window much easierwithout having to move the shades up all the way
