So much so that I purchased a second one for use in our Local Forest Garden. It does the heavy work around trees and bushes that we can't get into with our weed whackers. That way we can protect that drip irrigation lines. I use the hedge trimmer attachment for heavy grass. BUT BE CAREFUL. This is not a toy, and it is very easy to injure yourself if you don't pay close attention. The blades are extremely sharp. I managed to almost cut the tip of my thumb clear off. Battery life is super.
