I seriously LOVE this chair. By far the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. I am a BIG guy. 6'1 and 350lbs so when I started reading the reviews for this chair I was really worried when I clicked that final purchase button. So off the top of my head I will address a few things people complained about1. The arms are wobbly. --- This is true. The arms do wobble and that is the price you pay for having arms that adjust outwards with a "screw-to-tighten" system. However, this by no means makes the arms any lower quality. I find my self having to re-tighten the "OCCASIONALLY" not "All-The-Time". This could of coarse be fixed with a lock nut or gorilla glue however I will never do either because it seriously is not that serious to me.2. Slopes to far forward when sitting. --- I tested this when I got it set up. It does have a slight slope which helps me sit up straight while computer gaming. Now some people have said they are literally sliding out of it. To them I say, learn to sit in a dang chair you idiot.3. Chair doesn't lean back. --- Umm YES it does.. I have no idea what these people were talking about, but yes it does lean back as soon as you pull out the height adjustment handle.4. Comfortable. --- Love the comfort of this chair. I have fallen asleep twice so far in it. The blame falls on 2 companies..Flash Furniture - You need to pack and secure your merchandise better.. The reason I was missing parts is primarily because of you.. The little package you pack all the screws and washers into is terrible.. You could have at least secured the little package to the bottom seat of the chair, but instead it just free floated and bounced around during travel resulting in missing pieces and a really pissed customer who has to break down and salvage his old chair to complete the new chair they just spent $250 for.. If I was reviewing based on ANYTHING other than how awesome the chair is I would give you a 1 star on this product.. Not making a solid effort to ensure your customers get the FULL product they paid hundreds of dollars for is just flat out a bad business model.. The fact is that I am by far not the only one who didnt receive all the parts and you should be ashamed for letting such poor business management continue.UPS - They are hauling a 70lbs package around and they are NOT happy. Expect your box to arrived very beat up. I have pictures of EXACTLY how my package arrived.. Lets just say the box is not re-usable..I will be uploading a video review very soon.

Love this chair! Great for heavy people. My other chair didn't support my weight (300 lbs) as well. From the moment I sat in this chair, I loved how comfortable it was. Sometimes I don't feel like sitting at my desk, and then I sit in this chair and don't want to get up. Great lumbar support. I was having lower back pain for a couple weeks before getting this chair. After a couple of days of sitting in it, my back felt better. Also has great support in the seat.I haven't had any of the problems that a few other people complained of. My guess is that they got a defective item, and they should call the manufacturer and get a replacement. The chair rolls fine; it reclines and swivels fine; the fabric does not tear off; and I've had it for about 3-4 months now and haven't had any problems with it. Just a great chair. I'd definitely buy one again.My only complaint about the chair (and this is the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) are the arms. Many people have mentioned how the arms wiggle a little. They tried to make the arms super-adjustable, where you can adjust them out (for very wide people) as well as up and down (for very tall people). But, as a result, they wiggle a little.Honestly, the arms don't bother me that much. They wiggle side to side a little, but not forwards and backwards. That means that when you're using them, and you're leaning forward, there's no problem. But if you move your arm to the side a little, then the arms wiggle a little.Like I said, it really doesn't bother me, and, honestly, I barely notice it. Only thing, you have to tighten the knobs beneath the chair seat like once every 2-4 weeks. So I just, once in a while, while I'm sitting in the chair, reach down and tighten the knobs a little. Not a big deal.So, the chair's not perfect in that regard. Hence, the 4 stars. Still, that problem wouldn't keep me from buying one again, because otherwise the chair is AWESOME!! Best chair I've ever owned!UPDATE (May 2015): The chair developed another problem a few months ago (a few months after I wrote the review). It rises up to maximum height when I don't sit in it for a bit. Then, when I sit in it again, it goes back down to the height I had it at after about 10 seconds. This isn't too much of a problem, except that the arm rests hit the bottom of my desk when the chair rises up, and then they're stuck there until the chair goes back down again. So this is a bit of a problem. Still, I love this chair, and am keeping it at 4 stars.

Le packet est arrivé complètement déchiré et trempe mais le produit a lintérieur etait assé bien protégé.La chaise en t'en que t'elle est très solide...Je mesure 6'4'' et pèse 350lbs et je passais une chaise au 2 mois...Espérons que cette chaise toff la run comme on dis a 450$ est mieu de me toffer 1 ans pour que je rentre dans mon argent.Cette chaise est renforcie en métal 1/4 de pouce d'épais sa l'air a torcher j'ai jamais vu une chaise aussi balaise sois disant du nom de Hercule.Le confort est medium j'ai deja connu mieuJ'aime bien le contrôle des bras de support avec le choix de 2 hauteur.... a part que sa se slack assé vite puisque c'est seulement visé en dessous par une vise a pression les bras shake sa prend pas de temp.Donc c'est pas mal sa a fais la job ten qu'a me pete pas din main apres 2 mois ma etre ben heureux

Seat padding starts out seeming plush but doesn't take long to start staying flat. Wheels aren't great. Pneumatic height adjuster will lower chair if leaned back at certain angle.

Very poor quality, seat is in leather but armrest are covered with poor quality plastic and are ruined only after six months,The seller dont want to send replacemment armrest under waranty and refuse to sell new armrestsDont waist your money on this very expensive armchairFRancois
