ATOPALM MLE Eczema Cream, 2.2 fl oz (65ml)

This worked amazing to manage my baby’s eczema. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and this product was not recommended by a doctor, it’s just something I came across and decided to try for my baby boy. He’s 4mo right now and has experienced regular eczema flare ups on his arms, legs, stomach, and back. We live in a very hot, dry climate (Phoenix, AZ) and it’s just brutal on that new baby skin. I do have a prescription hydrocortisone gel for him but this cream is thick enough and gentle enough that with twice daily use, it keeps the eczema at bay. It rubs in very easily and locks in moisture without feeling so oily or heavy on the skin. There is a slight smell but it’s comparable to other “scent free” baby products; not chemical smelling and also not perfumey. The 2.2 oz container has lasted us a month. At $16 I wish it would have lasted longer for the price, but I do apply pretty liberally. That being said, even though it’s on the pricier end, I will be reordering. May also start using it as a nighttime facial moisturizer for myself.

This is the best eczema cream I've ever used. Moisturizes the skin affected by dryness. After several applications, there is already a result. When there is an exacerbation, I smear it often enough to make it work. Very pleasant consistency. Easy to use and easy to always carry with you. I would say it's quite expensive, but it's worth it. I really recommend it!

I bought this cream for my baby’s dry and sensitive skin and have been really happy with it. I’ve actually been using it since he was a newborn, and he’s now 4 months old. The texture is perfect — not too thick, but still very moisturizing and substantial. It absorbs nicely and feels soft on the skin without being greasy like many balms. There is a slight scent, but it’s very mild and my baby doesn’t seem bothered by it at all. I use it all over his body after baths and it leaves his skin incredibly soft. When he gets small dry patches, I apply this cream and sometimes layer a balm on top, and the dryness usually clears up within a couple of days. If you’re looking for a good baby moisturizer or something to support the skin barrier for dry or sensitive skin, this has worked really well for us. I’m almost out of the jar and will definitely be buying another one.

This product has been really great for my kid’s eczema. I love that it doesn’t contain any fragrance and it is thick and very moisturizing! Will be buying more!

Soothes my eyelid eczema. It stings when it gets in my eyes. I do not recommend for children and infant eye lid eczema.

I have dehydrated dry skin. I know. A double whammy is what it is. This moisturizer has been really helpful and it feels as if the moisture gets locked in after I apply it. It’s affordable and effective! Love it

I like this moisturizer a lot. I’ve been using it as my base moisturizer. My only complaint is when you buy the bigger size with a pump there is a bag in the container. So it’s not as great of a value as it seems.

Love this cream! I’m asian and so my little is too. We live in the desert so it tends to be very dry. This keeps our skin hydrated and she hasn’t developed any hot spots or eczema so far. It’s thicker but feels lightweight on. It’s non greasy and gives lasting hydration.

Ottima crema , soffro di dermatite atopica e pelle intollerante. Ho provato centinaia di creme ma come atopalm nessuna , la mia pelle è meno reattiva e riesce a tollerarla. Confermo anche che è non comedogena adatta anche a pelle acneica , leggera sulla pelle e si assorbe immediatamente. Non potrò mai stare senza , finalmente ho trovato la crema perfetta per la mia pelle

This cream arrived at the same time that my facial skin had reacted to something (it was read and uncomfortable). I used the cream for two days and nights and the issue cleared away. It was the only thing that felt like it calmed my skin down (I had tried other creams and washed them off because my skin didn't feel comfortable).

This cream delivers on every promise it makes. My skin barrier was completely restored after just a couple of applications. I’ve been struggling with dry sensitive rosacea prone skin for a few years. My skin looked constantly inflamed and angry. I’ve tried every pharmacy cream and basted my skin in every possible combination of nourishing and moisturising creams. This is the only cream that actually worked. Plus it’s not greasy at all. It feels a little heavy at first application but then quickly sinks into the skin. I apply it twice daily. I can wear it under SPF and it doesn’t interfere with make up. I’m definitely going to repurchase.
