These rather tight-fitting gloves provided protection from hot pans, but over time, the seams where the thumb is attached tore away, leaving skin exposed to burns. After the last bad burn, I had to toss them in the garbage. They lasted a few years with mild use.

My husband LOVES these grilling gloves! He says it makes it really easy to turn things on the grill or hold a thermometer to check the temperature of meat, or unfold and check inside a steam pouch. I put these gloves on to pull something from the oven and was surprised at how thick they were- almost too thick for me to get a good grip on a tray of cookies. I'll continue using my pot holders and he'll definitely continue using these grilling gloves!

These gloves are advertized as "Grill Gloves." Not to be confused with "oven mitts." Despite touting a heat resistance of up to 450, they still allow your fingers to become "uncomfortably warm" on contact with hot dishes, especially glass baking dishes, and as low as 350. Also, they do not fit men with large hands.

Very thick and not very flexible. Not good for the kitchen, but will keep them for the smoker and grill.

These silicone grill gloves are a must have! No more burned fingers or hands! We steam our veggies and these work great when removing the cooked food from the hot steamer. Great for removing hot dishes and baking pans from the oven. No more feeling the oven heat surrounding my hands as with conventional pot holders. We really appreciate the glove design of these bright, cheery, easy to spot gloves. Before purchasing these gloves we used tongs to remove hot dishes from the grill and it was awkward. Now we use our gloves and it's much easier! Store a pair near your grill so you're never without them. Same goes for keeping a pair with your camping gear. Keep your hands clean when performing messy camping tasks because these handy gloves clean up with a snap with water and soap. I just recently discovered another great use for them when I needed to remove a tight lid on a jar. I grabbed these gloves and voila`, lid off! We are very happy with our purchase!!

I GAVE THE GLOVES AWAY SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FIT. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE EXTRA LARGE, BUT THEY SIMPLY WERE TOO SMALL.

Very large and bulky

Good gloves once you break them in. They have to get accustomed to your hands. when you first use them they are hard to put on and remove and feel stiff but after a few uses they will fit better.They are great for grilling and handling hot pots and pans.
