I don't typically write reviews and, besides, this is a OEM part, so as long as the model number matches the part I ordered, there no sense in reviewing the product. It was as expected, the right color, and it fit on the vehicle That being said, shame on Honda for relying so heavily on plastic components which interact with metal - spoiler alert: metal wins every time.The reason I'm writing a review is because the part I ordered was sent, in error, to another customer and I ended up receiving a someone else's part instead.So why the positive review?Mainly because we often share our experiences when they are negative and it's important to call out good work when you see it.But also because mistakes happen. It's not a question of if, only when. And it's not always within your control. The test of a person/company/seller/etc is how you react to the mistake and the correction you employ.As soon as the seller knew the part had been routed incorrectly, I was contacted. They let me know what to expect and provided a return label. They communicated with me promptly, always responding quickly, and kept me informed throughout the process. And they day the part I received in error was shipped back to them, using the prepaid label they provided, the part I actually ordered arrived.They were professional throughout the process and held up their end of the bargain.Should I need something again in the future, I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.Thank you!
