Excellent, Inexpensive, Versatile
It looks like a thermos, it's fairly loud and you can make a variety of different sounds with it depending on where you hold it, how you shake it and whether it's vertical or horizontal.Despite its size, it's fairly light, meaning you can shake it really fast if you want. And you can unscrew and open it if you want, I didn't but you can (hear that, parents?). This fulfills just about all of my shaker needs right now. Agree with the other reviewer, they shouldn't just chunk it in the box without even some sort of wrapping on it, has 2 tiny dings and a small scratch on it. all hard to notice, but that's just dumb.

big sound in the large size
Just what I thought it would be, big size and aluminum equaled big sound. Shipped in reasonable time. Only problem was packaging, not well packaged and was dented. Did not affect sound but when I opened it I knew there would be damage. Would have given five stars had it not been damaged.

this shaker is a good size but the sound quality very, very light. feels like they skimped on whatever is inside to make the "shake". wish I could open it to add a few more beans, seeds or whatever to improve the sound, will keep working on it.
