4.5 L water pump

Excellent. Exactly what I was expecting and up to expectations. Recommended for anyone.

Wired this up finally to our commercial trailer for the pot washing sink. Someone had used non-self printing on the trailer and they were not capable if the water container was on the ground. I’m guessing previous owner just sloshed cold in the sink as a work around or just used the hot supply and let it cool? The motor has a little weight to it (but no more than 0.5kg and is a solid construction - you see a lot of the cream coloured pumps advertised on here and they are so light you wonder how long they last. Hook up was easy although it’s a shame they don’t give you the other half of the wiring connector as a pig tail, so it was a cut and strip for me. Connection on the water was by flexible hose and jubilee clips (supplied). Shame it’s not a 1/2inch threaded connections as I do like to use real plumbing fittings but this works for its intended use as it’s not was drinking water. Operation for us is via a push button (as that is what was there before) but pump with auto switch when water demanded according to the small manual that comes with it. First test nothing came through and it took a few pump, stop, pump to fully prime. I opted for a run for 30 seconds the. Wait 30 seconds to avoid motor burn. But it did self prime without any interaction. Once primed it worked every time the button was pressed. Motor is quite noisy but not overly. We have it mounted inside a stainless steel sink cupboard with no door on it and on a trailer, so it has its own acoustic amplifier. We work outdoor festivals so it’s nice for us to hear a confirmation it’s working. Pumped height for us is around 1.25-1.5 meters from the ground and the hose length I had on there is about 2m to the pump and hose in the top opening of a standard 10ltr water container. Was really happy with this pump

Bit noisy but worked well for 2 months then gave up the ghost completely. Don’t waste your money

For the money great pump pretty quiet and very reliable.

Hohe Qualität und ein Rücklaufsperrventil, was den Abfluss verhindert, sollte sich die Pumpe unterhalb des Gefäßes befinden. Die Pumpe lief drei Monate perfekt und auch sehr ruhig im Unterschied zu vielen anderen ähnlichen Pumpen. Dann pumpte sie auf eiunmal nicht mehr und ich wollte sie schon rekalmieren. Jedoch nutzte ich den von der Pumpe erarbeiteten Bonus und gab ihr noch eine Chance. Ich schraubte die Verkleisdung von der Ansclusskappe ab und konnte das Problem sofort sehen. Die Kabek werden an die Lupferlitze nicht angelötet, sondern wahrscheinlich per Lichtbogen angeheftet. Ein Kabel hatte sich von der Kupferlitze gelöst. Ich habe beide Kabel mit einem Zinntropfen verschönt, seit dem läuft sie wieder. Der kleine Mehraufwand lohnt sich, vielleicht hatte ich auch nur Pech. Die Pumpe ist dennoch die einziog sinnvolle in diesem Bereich, was Amazon anbietet.

Bra pump som gör sitt jobb. Lite hög ljudnivå men med tanke på priset så kan man inte klaga.
