Make sure you’re ordering the capsules, the tablets suck and upset my stomach. The capsules are great, although slightly habit forming. I’ve been taking this formulary for about 5 years and every time I go off of them/run out I get grumpy with super low energy. I also think the Garcinia has a mood lifting quality like a very mild antidepressant. When I first started taking them they caused some anxiety and elevated heart rate but once I got used to them (built up a tolerance) they were my magic source of boundless energy. I’m a wonderfully chipper morning person with these capsules, or a horrendously sleepy unmotivated grumpster without them. I recently ran out for 4 days and my friends and fam (and probably even my clients) could tell the difference in my mood and energy levels. I definitely prefer the caffeine in these to the caffeine in coffee or energy drinks and don’t recommend combining the two unless you have a good caffeine tolerance, which I definitely do not.

I bought this product because it had such great reviews, but so far it's not working for me at all. I've been taking the recommended two pills a day along with diet and exercise for two weeks now and have not had any weight loss. It has not given me anymore energy or curbed my cravings. I am very disappointed as I am stuck at my current weight of 186. Was hoping that this would help.

I initially used a similar product that was more than double the price. I reluctantly tried to reorder that product and it was gone. Thankfully, I found this one instead! I initially found the results to be moderate, but I wasn’t taking as directed. I increased to two pills and woah! My energy increased and After about two months, I noticed that my pants were fitting more loosely in the waist. I was a little hesitant to get excited, but I went home before Christmas and my mom told me, “You look like you’ve lost weight since I’ve seen you” (which was in August). Yay!! When your momma notices, it’s confirmed! I am so happy to report that last week, two pairs of my “fluffy” pants and a skirt that I bought after weight gain are too big!! I also tried on some goal pants and I’m not there yet, but I’m confident that maybe in another two months, with proper diet, I’ll get there too. It really isn’t a miracle pill, you have have to put in work, but it gave me the boost I needed to see results more quickly. An added note, if you’re caffeine sensitive, I would take earlier in the day. I normally take it before 1:00 pm and I don’t have any trouble sleeping. I don’t experience jitters and they care great at controlling cravings. I find them easy to swallow and convenient to take. I hope these never go away.

After a month of taking this I had blood work done that showed higher than normal for 2 different liver test. So I researched liver health and found out that high concentrations of green tea extract can hurt your liver. Just research this before trying.

I didn't receive what was shown in the picture on Amazon, but that seems to be the case with most people's reviews. I think my product also had more caffeine than what is shown on Amazon's labels, so this may be an issue for some people. I lost a bit of weight on this product, but it was during finals month, so it was good at stabilizing my weight throughout that time. The raspberry aftertaste is a nice side effect.

I have ordered my third bottle now and can tell you this is helping. It's not a breakthrough weight loss pill but it is the only pill that helps to suppress my appetite without any side effects. I don't believe there is a miracle pill out there but I'm willing to try several to see what works for me. I have tried over 7 different brands/types in the last year and this is the only one that is working so far.

I've been seriously eating healthy (lots of veggies, lean meats, cutting out lots of sugars, etc.) and exercising (training for a half marathon, in fact) and these pills haven't done anything. I feel a little more energized when I take them, but they haven't done ANYTHING to burn fat or help me loose weight. So don't buy them. You may get more enjoyment from setting your money on fire and watching it burn...
