Untrustworthy, terrible quality
Speaking honestly, I would not suggest buying this phone. When I first bought the phone, the website description said that it was new when that wasn't the case. It had numerous scratches and kept freezing constantly. The keyboard wouldn't type right and the screen would either not respond or just freeze out of the blue. An on top of that, the battery would die within a couple hours of use. I normally don't write such negative reviews unless I'm extremely dissatisfied, which is the case right now. And although some of you are thinking that you can return the phone back, it's not that simple.So I advise you once again, do NOT under any circumstances, buy this phone. It's basically all just a scam.

This phone does has some issues. The wires to the battery have to be fixed. Phone shuts off on its own because of this. Also, When playing music , if you move the phone it changes songs. Perhaps if they get these bugs out, then the phone will be great. I would not recommend this phone for a teenager who has no patients!!

NOT GOOD
This phone only worked for just over two months. I received it in April and when the "warranty" was to run out it crashed. NOT A GOOD product. I bought two of them, the first one never did work it crashed with in a week.
