This worked amazing to manage my baby’s eczema. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and this product was not recommended by a doctor, it’s just something I came across and decided to try for my baby boy. He’s 4mo right now and has experienced regular eczema flare ups on his arms, legs, stomach, and back. We live in a very hot, dry climate (Phoenix, AZ) and it’s just brutal on that new baby skin. I do have a prescription hydrocortisone gel for him but this cream is thick enough and gentle enough that with twice daily use, it keeps the eczema at bay. It rubs in very easily and locks in moisture without feeling so oily or heavy on the skin. There is a slight smell but it’s comparable to other “scent free” baby products; not chemical smelling and also not perfumey. The 2.2 oz container has lasted us a month. At $16 I wish it would have lasted longer for the price, but I do apply pretty liberally. That being said, even though it’s on the pricier end, I will be reordering. May also start using it as a nighttime facial moisturizer for myself.

Ottima crema , soffro di dermatite atopica e pelle intollerante. Ho provato centinaia di creme ma come atopalm nessuna , la mia pelle è meno reattiva e riesce a tollerarla. Confermo anche che è non comedogena adatta anche a pelle acneica , leggera sulla pelle e si assorbe immediatamente. Non potrò mai stare senza , finalmente ho trovato la crema perfetta per la mia pelle

This cream arrived at the same time that my facial skin had reacted to something (it was read and uncomfortable). I used the cream for two days and nights and the issue cleared away. It was the only thing that felt like it calmed my skin down (I had tried other creams and washed them off because my skin didn't feel comfortable).
