Chapter 1 Is the Meat & Potatoes of Your Blog
I love this book! I read it just a few days ago and was able to organize my YouTube channel. My 7 minute intro video is very straight to the point with my watchers. They know exactly what I have to offer and how it can help them. I no longer have a blog because I'm too ADHD to sit and write out posts. :-PI do everything by video so I can speak my mind and people see my emotions. This book will also help you set up your very own blog. I'm not sure what I have, is it a vlog? Perhaps. Chapter one is the meat, and potatoes of your blogging journey. There are some very provocative questions for you to answer.I suggest you write down your answers for clarity. As I said before, I took the questions and answered them right on my intro video. Get this book and read chapter 1 immediately. If you get stuck on a question, don't skip it. Simply put it to the side until you think a little more, but make sure you answer that question. Best wishes to you all!

A good introductory read on social media with many helpful third-party tools and services
Quick, concise and to the point. A good starting point to use the most popular SM platforms for business.Leverages kindle's capabilities well to include direct links to worthy third-party tools and services. I would only recommend a better grouping of those in terms of free and paid, which would come more handy to low-budget businesses or freelancers.

Thia book is all you need to become an excellent social media marketer
Very helpful! I'm starting a business and I have no idea about social media marketing. Personally, I stayed away from social media thinking that I like my privacy. Now I have to do the opposite and get active, join networks and actually market on different platforms. This book will guide you step by step into SM marketing, one platform at a time. Make sure you have pen and paper or you are in front of the computer with a good internet connection because she gives a plethora of resources that you can use. 5 stars and my gratitude for writing the book.

Basic, but helpful.
The chapters are broken down shortest to longest. The author covers each social media platform with an overview and giving tips, advice, and software to use to start marketing on social media. For a millennial most of the stuff is known or if you've read any type of marketing material regarding social media. There are some helpful tips and software that I found to be useful and that I highlighted to look at later. Overall the book was good and short. Thank you!

Good beginner's intro
Had some interesting info on how to get started with social media. But it certainly lacked depth into the topic

How to be Social When You're Not Naturally Social.
Continuing with my education in online marketing, I think I was definitely using social media wrong for a business. I have a Facebook author page, but I don't really utilize it. I haven't touched it in MONTHS. Now I know when to post, what kind of things to post, and how to find more followers, and what kind of people I should be following through that handle. I'm slowly building up my education to become an expert in one or two things to market my novels when they're ready. Definitely recommend this book if you want to market online (which, if you have a blog or a business, why wouldn't you want to?).

Not for the read
This book wasn't worth the read. I just downloaded it (for free) because I wanted to know a little more about social media (which I honestly have no clue about). I spent an hour skimming through it, which I am now convinced was probably an hour of wasted time.It did satisfy my curiosity about Instagram and Twitter, which I know next to nothing about, and it was interesting to see some of the stats, but otherwise, it was pretty useless to me.Also, this book needed editing. There were quite a few typos, grammar mistakes, and such. The formatting was also off. It felt like a rough draft just thrown into a document and haphazardly published on Kindle. Also, the emoticons. Seriously. There must have been a hundred ;-)s spread throughout the book.Other people who are more interested in dedicating hours of time and lots of money into social media would probably get more out of this book than I did, though.~Kellyn Roth, @reveriesreviews.wordpress.com
