Built tough and offers a ton of space for books. Assembly takes some time, and having a second set of hands definitely helps—but the screw holes lined up perfectly, which is a rare win compared to most DIY furniture. It’s heavy, sturdy, and doesn’t tip easily—even on carpet. Looks great and functions just as well. Definitely a quality piece.

So far, so good. These were easy to assemble, well engineered and very attractive. I believe these will hold up to the "book test". I purchased book shelves from an office retail store four years ago for my library. After a year or so, they began to sag under the weight of books, which they were made for. Judging by the construction and materials of these shelves they will do exactly what I want them to do; support the weight of books.

This is a beautiful bookshelf. I assembled it in about an hour with the assistance of my 5 yr old; it was relatively easy & repetitive. Building each shelf was a little bit tedious because it has the side panels to keep books and items from slipping off the shelves (especially in a house with cats). We left the top shelf empty & the kitties have found their way up there and are enjoying it. I've only given this a 4 star review because the MDF used for the shelves is visibly flexible, and I would have preferred something that was more rigid out of the box. That said, the center support does prevent any visible sagging, at least for now. We're in a very humid climate though, so I am not sure how long the shelves will actually last. I would love to buy another for a different room. Also a bonus are the adjustable feet and I like the hardware they included for anti-tip purposes. It's very sturdy with the metal frame. I was able to lift and move the bookshelf into place, and I am only 5' tall.

This is a good, sturdy, nice looking set of shelves. If you follow the instructions, you will not have any problems. It’s got the separate screw in “feet” that makes it sturdy. I went ahead and ordered these shelves but was worried about the bad reviews. After building them, I know that people had problems because they were not following instructions, or maybe not good at building things.Mine arrived without any missing or damaged parts. I plan on ordering another one.Highly recommend… Follow the Instructions

I am very, VERY impressed with this shelf rack, especially for the money.I wish the "shelves" were a bit thicker, but it all looks great when finished.Putting this together is not a simple task, though, at least not for me. It took me numerous hours to make sure everything was done properly, but nothing was overly difficult. If you have 2 peeps, it's MUCH easier.At first, I didn't think it was going to be sturdy enough, but once all tightened up and attached to a wall, it rocks.Here it is with the overflow of my rum collection. I really like the way it looks, and it holds my bottles perfectly.

I bought two, and they are supporting a lot of weight right now. Very durable, easy for one person to assemble, but mildly unwieldy. They are exactly the size they were advertised, and pre-drilled holes was definitely a must with this. Great product, and I will buy it again when they get full.

I ordered two bookshelves at the same time. One box was missing a part needed to assemble it correctly. I contacted the company directly and the issue was resolved very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and my new bookshelves! These look great and fit my needs. I do think assembly goes faster with two people.
