Most Excellent Service
Initial delivery was right on time, but...The remote looked just like mine but did not work. Got in touch with customer service directly from the information provided with the remote and I have to say they were prompt with returning my email and then sent me another remote free of any charges. Received the new remote today and it works great even better than the original. Thank you very much.

It's close
I have boughten two replacement remotes, I followed the directions to change from celsius to fahrenheit and could not get either to change but they still work.

El control funciona.
Está muy buen tuve que usar tapa para baterías del control dañado ; porque no ajustaba el nuevo una vez se incluían las baterías. Además, el sistema del aire esta en grados Fahrenheit y en el control están en grados Celsius. Estos cambios en numeración No afecta el funcionamiento; pero lo que se ve en pantalla del control nuevo no es igual a los grados que aparecen en la máquina de aire acondicionado.

There were two remotes and the one that is on the picture doeant work but rhe 2nd remote does but not properly
