I’ve been using this coconut oil on my dog’s dry paws and cracked nose for a few weeks now, and I’m quite satisfied with the results. The texture is smooth and not greasy once massaged in, and it seems to calm irritation in the skin reasonably fast. I also tried applying a small amount in the food as the label suggests, and it hasn’t caused any digestive upset. I appreciate that it’s organic, cold pressed, and unrefined, which gives me confidence in what I’m putting on and in my pet. The smell is mild and pleasant, not overwhelming. If I could change one thing, it would be the consistency in slightly warmer weather, it gets more liquid than I’d prefer, but that’s not really a big problem. Overall, this oil seems like a solid option for pet skin care, especially for light to moderate dryness or irritation

My Bully dogs love this coconut oil; it helps with their digestion. The size bottle has lasted about a month and a half. The smell is so natural and amazing. I’ll open the bottle and my dogs come running and sit next to me. The size of the bottle is worth the value of the money. Due to the constant weather change we leave it near the back door and if it’s hot enough it will melt into a nice clear liquid and if it’s too cold due to the AC or outside weather it becomes a thick white substance that’s easy to scoop in a spoon. Even when it’s thick it melts easily once I begin mixing it in their dog food. The effectiveness of the product has changed my dogs lives when feeding them everyday and even when making them treats. Great product!

Cats actually love it
I was SHOCKED to find out my cats are obsessed with this? I was so hesitant to order this because I figured my cats would not want any part of eating something coconut flavored. They lovee it! Hopefully it will help their dry noses and make their coats glossy. Looking forward to seeing results over time.

It’s actually helping with his hair. I doesn’t have a smell. My dog is pretty picky about things but he absolutely loves this stuff.

Best dog-related purchase I've made
My dogs are mad for this stuff! My German Shepherd has the usual German Shepherd skin issues and everyone told me I needed to use coconut oil. Well, I'm a born critic, so in my mind I pictured my dog with long greasy fur. Not the case. After giving him a good chunk to lick off my finger, I rub a small amount into his fur and give him a good brush. Now everyone remarks on how beautiful his coat is and he isn't chewing on his legs anymore.

My dogs (2) LOVE this product. They had started scratching alot and I was trying everything to help them. This works. You can rub it onto their skin, mix in food. But watch out , they REALLY love the taste. I have 120 lb beauty who would lick it all out of the jar if I let her. Get this! Seriously. And do not be me and forget to order in a timely manner. They get very irritable without this in their food. It’s a small amt given but an effective amount.
