The picture in the listing is a little bit deceiving because you don’t really hang towels on your towel rack folded. You hang towels on your rack after you use them to dry. This is where we came into problems with this towel rack. We like to use this towel rack for damp towels and you really have a bunch it up to hang it all on the rack otherwise it falls off. We found that it does not dry the towels well. So, if you want your towels to dry on this towel rack, this might not be the towel rack for you. If you’re using the towel rack for a display of folded towels, then, this towel rack would be fine. However, we really like the hook at the bottom for hooking on children’s towels and bathrobes!

Love this for air drying clothes. I hung it on a corner of my closet shelves. I fold it away when not using so that it’s out of the way. Easy to install as well.
