Better material and a better fit than the original lid that came with my 10 year old Fry Daddy. It looks a bit different right out of the package, obviously redesigned compared to the old lids that used to come standard with the fryer, but no worries friend, it fits like a glove!

I forgot to take my old lid off my fryer when I plugged it in and warped it, to thd point it wouldn't fit. I was hesitant to buy a replacement lid, bc I was worried that it wouldn't be right. After a couple months of using foil to cover it, and it just being a hassle, I went ahead and ordered this. Took me a minute to get it on, bc it was a tight fit, but after that first time putting on and taking off, I have had no problems. Great replacement!
