*Please be aware this review is being written from a completely blind person's perspective.* I love this soap dispenser already, and I’ve only had it less than 10 minutes. I set it up independently within minutes, and there are several things I already like about it. A. It allows you to use your personal choice of liquid soap, unlike another brand which only allows you to use their bottles, which are made for it, and only one size. B. When this dispenses soap, the sound is longer depending on the volume selected, which is really useful for me. I’ve read some reviews saying it’s noisy, I like that because at least I know it’s working! C. Thanks to the reviewer who explained how to turn it on, that was really helpful. The plus button also has a tiny dot on it if anyone’s noticed, which really helps people like myself. D. It feels really nice to the touch, sleek and fits well on my bathroom sink. E. I didn’t find volume 1 quite enough for a handwash, so have mine set to 2. F. I have put vanilla soap in, my favourite scent. I obviously use my hands all the time, and I like them being nice and soft. G. All in all, a great product, would recommend to other blind people, and anyone else looking for a nice soap dispenser. Yes maybe a little pricey, but worth it as you get what you pay for. I also like the little rubber tip just under the dispensing nozzle. H. Really easy to fill. Thanks ELC for this great product. I hope I'm using it for years to come, or at the very least able to buy a new one if this one were to break, would definitely buy this again. One final couple of things I’ve noticed, and really like. How the bottle for the soap is built into the unit as opposed to a separate container, the dial for the twist battery rug is a really good idea. No way they can fall out.

This is a good hand soap dispenser, with a large capacity tank, will keep pumping soap while hand is activating sensor, using 4 AA rechargeable batteries so save money, zero issues with leaking or pump strength.

Well it replaces a similar dispenser that gave us five years service. I functions well enough. To early by half to judge its durability. I cannot even give any battery life view. So new to our kitchen.

The soap dispenser is excellent. I like the size, and I like that you can adjust the flow and it works very well unlike a couple of others I have tried in the past. I still didn't leave a review, too lazy. But recently, after 2 years or so, it broke down. I emailed the seller with the order number to ask about their lifetime guarantee. To my delight, their response came within a day and in the first email itself they said they will send me a replacement. Another day later the replacement arrived, a shining new dispenser the exact same model. Even I cannot ask for more than that. They didn't ask for a review but that service inspired me to write about it. Great product backed by a fantastic customer support team.

Do not buy this terrible soap dispenser, I opened it out of the box and followed the instructions given on the manual. Made sure the batteries where in the correct position and I even tried using both lithium and alkaline batteries and it still failed to turn on.

I have bought several of these before, and they worked great. An excellent way to dispense soap instead of the unhygienic way of having to press on a manual dispenser with dirty hands. I just bought another batch of 4 of these and unfortunately, they don't seem to work as well as the ones I bought several years ago. The sensor fails to dispense soap when you put your hands under it most of the time, while it often dispenses soap precisely and immediately after you move your hands away from underneath it. So the area under the sensor is covered with soap while there is no soap in my hands. Otherwise, I find this design better than similar automatic soap dispensers on the market. If they fixed the sensor, it would be an excellent product. However, because the sensor does not work, it's not.

brought this one to replace an old one we had in our bathroom that we've been using since 2019, very happy with it so far, easy filling, no drips and helps with keeping dirty hands away from soap pump also very user friendly.

Kupione dwa egzemplarze, są ładne, wygodny otwór do nalewania mydła w płynie, ale jest problem z działaniem. Standardowe mydło jest zbyt gęste, trzeba było rozcieńczyć 1:1 z wodą, żeby wypływało z dozownika i to jest jeszcze do zaakceptowania. Niestety czujniku ruchu w obu dozownikach reagują przypadkowo na ruch ręką, tak jeden raz na 3-5 poruszeń ręką. Próby pobrania miarki mydła jest bardzo frustrująca. To najgorszy wynik z kilku ostatnich używanych dozowników automatycznych i będę zwracał urządzenia.

I absolutely love this soap dispenser easy to use and looks fancy. I’m using it to dispense soap at the kitchen sink and I love that the amount is adjustable. Hold plenty of liquid soap, it also has a 2 year warranty which appealed to me in case something happens to it later on.

Me encanta su diseño, es moderno y decora mucho, de lo mejor su gran capacidad ya que te ahorras estar llenando continuamente el recipiente, el sensor va muy bien y detecta enseguida las manos, el que se pueda regular es genial, pues ahorra jabón y lo adaptas a lo que tú necesites. Lo aconsejo estoy muy contenta con mi compra.

C'est une belle découverte. Très pratique, pas d'éclaboussures, la bonne dose de produit. Je vais en acheter un autre pour mettre à la salle de bain.
