What kind of magnesium is in this product?

I don't know what kind of magnesium is in Ocean Minerals.  What I do know is that the taste was unbearable and I happily threw the bottles I had in the garbage!  More importantly, after many years of trying numerous magnesium products, including flakes, capsules, sprays, liquids, I came to discover that the type of magnesium is critical.

I saw a flyer in a health food store about a magnesium product that contained a different type of magnesium, and it described why that form of magnesium was important.  I thought it was probably too good to be true, but I bought the product.  I did more research and emailed the owner and founder of the company, who is also a compounding pharmacist.  He actually replied, and sent me a protocol to follow, for the optimal way to take the magnesium for someone who had all the signs of a chronic magnesium deficiency.   After years of searching, spending hundreds of dollars on various magnesium products that didn't give any results, this product truly changed my life!

The key for me, was to use Magnesium Glycinate.  The exact product that changed my life was Pure Lab Magnesium Glycinate, taken according to the protocol provided to me.  He developed the protocol with a hospital.   I haven't had a migraine in over a year, and no more leg cramps.  And now I don't even have to take the magnesium every day.  It's incredible.  Never before has any product changed my life until I tried Pure Lab Magnesium Glycinate.   I've since tried other amazing products that they have:  Alkapure and L-Theanine, and I'm also going to try their CoQ10.  Note that the Alkapure can also be taken to alkalize your body, which is how I use it, and not simply for indigestion, as it's promoted.  It's just taken in a different way, and there is also a protocol for that.  This man is a genius, and I'm forever grateful for how he and his products have changed my life.

need product that contains the 76-90 minerals harvested from the ocean. Does this product contain all trace minerals? what product has all trace miner

this product does not contain ALL trace minerals in is Magnesium dense with is the mineral which helps the body's healing and immune system it has 3% calcium and potassium as well as 40% electrolytes.  It is harvested from the Ocean, and sells very well,   It's a good product.  Theres a supplement called Supermax mineral complex, it claims to have 72 minerals in addition to vitamin D, no Iron, is contains a shell fish components.  I have not tried it.  If you have not had a complete work up I would not dive right in to a complex supplement start slow and see how your system reacts. I am a massage therapist and personal trainer It works well for me and  many of my clients.  I have some that suffer from Fribromyalgia, Neuroapathy, multiple sclerosis, and many auto-immune diseases. They have recieved some relief from their symptoms.  Good Luck.

A bottle is 8 ounces, and with 6 teaspoons in an ounce, a teaspoon a day would last 48 days or almost 7 weeks.
