I drank this tea until I was completely out! In one month I lost 10 pounds! I think this tea is so awesome. It tastes so yummy, I would put ice & no added sweeteners. But beware, you will 100% be going to the bathroom as soon as you wake up in the morning! As long as you get that one big bathroom break out-of-the-way before you start your day, you will feel so good all day. I definitely noticed the few days that I forgot to drink my tea the night before. I felt noticeably different on those days and bloated without drinking the tea. I’m placing an order right now for another box!

Really works for losing a pound a day. No terrible side effects or bad feelings like from glp-1 pills. Better alternative

I can definitely tell the next day if I forgot to drink it. I feel very bloated. When I do drink it I wake up feeling much better and it’s a little easier to go to the bathroom. Taste is eh but come on it is what it is.

Yummy blueberry tea. Not much else to say but no weight loss for me.

This tea is worth every penny! The flavor is great. It doesn’t have an aftertaste at all. The tea does the job! I didn’t experience any cramps at all. In the morning, I knew it was time to go to the bathroom because I got a heavy feeling in my lower gut. The only down side is I felt like the tea made it hard for me to sleep. I felt restless, as if the tea gave me extra energy. The same type of energy you get when you drink a cup of green tea. Maybe, I’d suggest drinking before 6pm. Overall, I’m satisfied! I’d purchase it again.

So I will start by saying the tea flavor is great! I got the blueberry flavored tea and it taste like blueberry. I am a fan of different teas so I was interested to see how this tea would taste and it doesn’t hurt it’s supposed to promote weight loss. I will say for me it was definitely uncomfortable after drinking a cup the first time. My stomach cramped pretty bad after drinking the first cup. When I had the next two cups my stomach cramped again. The forth time I drank the tea nothing happened at all including not having to use the bathroom after I drank it. I’ve not lost much weight by drinking this and I do exercise. I do not always eat the healthiest so I can say that may also play a role in why I’ve not lost much weight. If you are looking for something tasty and refreshing this tea is definitely a good option; and it’s an extra added bonus if it helps you lose weight. I will order again and hope this next time the tea with regular exercise and a healthy diet can increase the chances of me losing more weight.

Decided to do a cleanse since being quarantined. I purchased the all blueberry box, and had my 1st cup of tea last night before bed. Let me start by saying I don’t know how someone could possibly drink 2 let alone 3 cups within a 24 hour period. I’ve been to the bathroom twice within a 2 hour span....and it’s definitely been “cleansing”. I don’t know if I’ll be able to drink it everyday, but I will say it’s an excellent laxative. Maybe 2/3 times a week to stayed “cleaned out”. I was hoping for a stronger blueberry flavor, but the tea is really pleasant I used a few drops of honey to sweeten it. A little cramping let’s me know it’s time to take another trip to the bathroom, but it’s not painful cramping at all. I had my cup at around 10pm last night and I was in the bathroom at around 9am this morning. I’d recommend it to someone looking for a mild laxative.

The best time to drink the tea is definitely at night. I had 1 cup and BOY can I say that by 2pm the next day I have been to the bathroom at least 6 times within 6 hours. The tea has a very pleasant taste, I cant really say that it has made me loose weight in 1 day, but I can say that I do not feel as bloated as before. It does make your stomach feel uneasy , haven't had any cramping just all butterflies like it's time to go again. I would recommend this tea to anyone, just may not drink everyday being that the restroom must be very close by the next day.
