Love this as a landmine attachment. Is similar to the Torque Wheel, I use it for lineman training ti keep hands inside. Has clips to add bands and create instability promoting core activation.

A great landmine/functional training tool, that adds variety to my workout. This tool is well built and the price is very reasonable.

Will not fit around an Olympic bar, comes just under an inch at 1.95" I took my milwaukee rotary tool and removed/ sanded all the internal paint to make it fit. I like the concept and since I own the tools figured I'd try we'll see how it holds up. Prior to removing the paint it would not go all the way in. No issues after sanding off the interior paint.

Great landmine attachment. The knob to tighten it is silly. Just use a collar after the plates and avoid damaging you barbell sleeve. The handles will drop under the barbell when set up so a bit tricky for supported T-bar rows, but still highly recommended. Unless of course price is no object in which case Force 6 Fitness makes something that toasts this one but costs $225.
