Be Careful It's sharp.
I did some research and know this is a choiced brand of knife restaurants/factories purchases in bulk for their longevity, quality and reasonable low price.-Metal is medium thickness. Not thin not too thick. It's great. Doubtful the tang will ever snap in half.-It has a knife factory sharpness and coupled with the curved shape, it makes cutting things dangerously easy. Minimal back and forth motion is needed thanks to the diagonal shape. I can see why it's a favored shape of knife for people that separates flesh in the daily basis.- Be careful with the tip. It punctures flesh way too easily.- The grip is made from good rubber. It actually does help prevents slippage.Overall this is a fantastic buy.

Got the job done on an Elk and a Whitetail deer
It's a cheap knife but it got the job done. I field dressed/quartered an elk and then butchered it at home with this knife. I also did a Whitetail a few weeks later. It holds an edge well and is easy to sharpen. You must continually sharpen the blade using a steel as you are using it to keep a nice sharp edge. This is true of all knives. I did need to take it to a sharpening stone a couple of times during the processing because I forgot to hit it with the steel but this was my fault.I would recommend this again. It's an inexpensive knife but a solid performer. Semi flexible means that it just flexes a little bit, if you want something with a lot of flex then this isn't the one you want.

Boning Knife, Just Watch your Fingers
Bought this for deer season, it worked. Very sharp and easy to use, rubber handle allows a solid grip even when blood is on the handle. Have used it since to cut a pork butt for making some carnitas, did quick work of a 15lb roast. Very good knife for the money, sharpens back to new very easily as well, after a deer, sharpened on my Worx knife sharpener and it cut like new again.

Awesome and EXTREMELY SHARP
Never had a great trimming knife. Purchased this based on price and reviews and it did not disappoint. It trims the fat off any cut of meat with ease. My wife made the mistake of using it to peel pears and she accidentally nicked her arm and it cut through the skin and fat like warm butter. Four stitches later she learned her lesson on just using it for trimming meat :)Great knife, super sharp, and a must have if you like to BBQ.

Best bang for you're buck!!
Razor sharp and easy to maintain that edge if you know anything about sharpening knives. The ergonomic handle is very comfortable for long butchering sessions, as we make a lot of product(sausages, bacon, hams ) which requires a LOT of deboning of the meat. Also just a great all purpose kitchen knife. I own three of them and love 'em.

It's SHARP!! Hands down the best knife I've ever bought!
So I originally bought this knife because it was a great price with high ratings. I've been using this knife for 3 months and it's almost still just as sharp as the day I bought it! I do a lot of grilling on the weekends so I've had to carve up briskets, trim ribs, and a lot more and it slices through the meat the say way it does butter!I've bought several other more expensive knives that didn't do as well or stay sharp as long so I was shocked that this knife has worked as well as it has for this long.I'm pretty sure I can probably sharpen it a little bit if it ever gets close to dull but I don't see that happening anytime soon. I'll probably buy a second one for everyday use and keep this one just for grilling and meats.
