Pretty good
These aren't crazy hot but they do have a good snackin' heat, and the honey aftertaste is really great after the sizzle. If you're looking for some pretty spicy peanuts but don't want them to be novelty hot, these are really great. I used to buy another brand of ghost pepper peanuts that went out of business and those were mega novelty hot. and while I did enjoy popping a few in my mouth here and there, it was more just to get a good burn and I couldn't eat more than one or two in passing. so overall if your spicy tolerance is average, these are going to give you some sniffles and warmth to the face after a good handful... but be pleasant to really get your snack on. flavor is on point. seasoning is perfect. if your spicy tolerance is reaaally low, they will probably be just a little too spicy for you but you wont regret trying them to see or anything.... like you're not going to hate and chug milk or anything like that.

Wonderful Snack!
I absolutely love these peanuts. I purchased these thinking, well maybe they will be too hot or punishingly spicy but they are the perfect amount of REAL HOT for snacking. My son and I enjoy spicy things and we push the limit with super hot things and have really enjoy other brands of Ghost Pepper peanuts, we decided to try something hotter. Flavor 10/10! As you crunch down on a few peanuts the crunch/crisp is real pronounced and the honey sweetness is the first flavor I got. Then a mildly salty flavor, and the heat comes after you chew and swallow. The heat isn't EXTREME like a carolina reaper pepper but it builds to a very nice level of pleasure/pain. Overall the taste is extremely flavorful and delicious!!! Heat 6/10 The heat isn't extreme but it does build and it creeps. What i mean by that is that it isn't bad until your second handful or when you stop eating them then you start to feel it. I got a bit of a brow sweat and a good mouth tingle/salivation but it's nothing like the pepper or hot sauces made with Carolina Reapers. For the average Joe, these may be upper threshold of being able to eat as a snack on the daily. Effects: Mild brow sweat, 5 minutes of lingering mouth burn, and I am personally susceptible to capsacian cramping, but it really didn't bother me, even on an empty stomach. No milk or water was needed. Value 7/10 I can't give this a 10 because the price point for what you get is kind of steep. I realize these aren't everyday snacks for everyday people but at 13 bones for 12oz ...yeah it's worth it for the experience and they are DARN GOOD, maybe even the best peanuts I have had, but the price point will hold me back. If they were 8-10 a can, I would be much more apt to continue purchasing them as an indulgent snack justified by "Because Dad likes and it's his money!" I would recommend these to anyone that loves spicy foods. Again, they are probably the tastiest and most delicious peanuts I have ever had. Overall 9/10

Fairly heavy on the heat; very light on the honey
Update after finishing my first tin: they grew on me a lot; so much so that I added them to my subscription orders. I do still think some other reviews underplayed the heat, however it is something you get used to after a couple snack sittings (and as you do, the honey taste becomes more noticeable.) Whether you're actively seeking out a hot snack, or (like me) you enjoy some spice but aren't sure you can take the heat of these... I recommend giving them a shot. If they're a bit unenjoyably painful at first but you don't absolutely hate them, just keep trying a few at a time and you might find they grow on you, too. --- Initial review: these are pretty good, and I think they live up to their branding... That is to say that I got them expecting that they'd only be moderately spicy based on other reviews, and as someone who can take the heat but doesn't typically seek it out, I don't think these could be reasonably made much spicier while remaining enjoyable to anyone but the masticating masochist. All told, I enjoy them as a novelty-seeking snack. HOT peanut is absolutely the primary flavor, with notes of salt and then some sweetness, and the heat definitely builds (I had tears on my face as I wrote this. 😂) Knowing that they are indeed meant to be quite hot, my sole gripe is that I wish that the sweetness was more prominent.

Wasn't after a one chip challenge
I like the Paqui one chip challenge and I eat those in bites, not all at once. I eat the Paqui Haunted Ghost Pepper chips a lot, and can eat them like regular tortilla chips, if that quantifies my tolerance. I really like the flavor of the Carolina Reaper, but wanted something I could eat and enjoy the flavor and bite without the blistering heat of the one chip challenge. This comes close, but falls a bit short with the heat. These nuts are good, but I topped them off with a few shakes of ground reaper and turned up the heat a notch, and that makes it what I wanted. I can't imagine the maker of these nuts wanting to light people up like a one chip challenge, and I suspect they'll sell more being a little weak on heat, but you get flavor and a little heat, and you can eat more than a couple nuts at a time. If you are serious about heat, you probably have some ground reaper anyway, so this makes a good carrier.

Perfect in moderation lol.
These are great! They’re probably too spicy for 50% of people but for me they’re just right. I have eaten whole Carolina reaper peppers and these @$$ kickin peanuts are almost as spicy as an actual Carolina reaper pepper. When I eat 2 or 3 I feel no heat but by the time I eat 5 or 6 there’s a pretty intense burn in the throat. If you don’t like spicy foods stay away from this particular flavor. I like them though. As for value for money I’d say they’re a fair deal. There’s about twice as much volume here as those blue diamond almonds containers but they also cost about twice as much. They tasted pretty fresh to me.

Not very hot
These are very tasty but lack any real heat. They are more sweet than hot. If you like very spicy these aren’t the ones for you.

I love these
Keep eating them and your ok. When you stop the heat sets in. Could be hotter in my opinion but this is my go to peanut for now. Really not as hot as as you might imagine. Just a dusting of the reaper.

Incredible Flavour!
These are incredible for their flavour and spice, not super spicy but the perfect amount to be enjoyable! Though I would say they are relatively expensive, but I understand that the price of things with this amount of spice are a relatively rare commodity as many people don't buy this so I still will rate it a 3* for Value for Money and overall 5* for how good the product is. It's a great product and whilst it is a bit expensive I would recommend it if you love spicy, sweet and savoury food.

Not very spicy
Not the spiciest thing I've ever had but the flavour is alright.

Tasty but very spicy and fairly expensive.
I like to think I have a solid heat tolerance but these peanuts are genuinely very spicy. If that’s what you’re after then by all means these are going to hit the spot, but at $27 for a container they are also fairly expensive and the honey sweetness isn’t as pronounced as I’d hoped it to be. Overall not super impressed, they lack much of the flavour of Carolina reapers and rather just the heat itself.
