This device burned off the top layer of skin of my warts easily and quickly. I was confused about the directions at first, but you just hold down the "out" button and the needle will heat up. Same thing for the smaller needle and skin tags. I'm excited to try it on those next after I see how my wart spots heal. I heal slowly so im hoping this works for my skin.I like the sleek design of the device and it comes with a lot of smaller needles.

Wasn't sure if this was a gimmick at first but it does work. The little electric zaps aren't too painful on medium setting and they cauterize it in the process. after a week a removed mole was completely healed.
