I've been using the Waterdrop Ultra Fine filters for about 2-3 years, so after having a one-time issue with a replacement cartridge valve, I turned to their support team where Becky reminded me what amazing customer service is in this day and age! Not only did she help me to quickly validate my previous orders, and thank me for my preemptive self-troubleshooting, she quickly both refunded me for a replacement I had purchased preemptively AND sent me an extra filter for good measure! This Waterdrop replacement filter is top quality — crystal-clear water with noticeably improved taste and no odors. We started using Waterdrop under the sink water filter system 5 years ago. Compared with the old pitcher system, the Waterdrop system produces equal or even better tasting water and more importantly it significantly reduces the need for filter replacement. Both my RF-15 and the first RF-15UF lasted over 24 months for a family of three, though the second RF-15UF had a water flow reduction issue after 10 months of use. But when I reached out to the the customer service of Waterdrop regarding the issue, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of care demonstrated by Kimberly, who handled my inquiry. Not only did I get a response right away, ensuring me to resolve the issue, but she also asked questions about our system and the products we have used. After a couple of email exchanges, Kimberly proposed a solution, which would not only address the current issue we have but also help us decide what filter to use in the future through comparing different filters. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. I have installed the new filter and it is working great.
