I think the sizing must have changed since last I bought from Monsta because I still wear the XL I bought a couple years ago. This one doesn’t fit comfortably though... But it fit fine (if still a bit snug in the arms) on someone who wears a large.I’ve got a bodybuilder frame. I’d go a size up if you’re a built dude.

Finally a nice athletic fitting shirt. I'm 6'2" 200 pounds with 16.5" or so biceps and a large fits perfect. Very nice quality. I will buy more for sure.
