Evenly Roasted Coffee Beans
Its been about 3 months since I have been brewing espresso coffee, and I have tried or experimented with at least 5 different beans from various different vendors based on their rating. I personally find Monsoon Malabar Aa from Third Wave is the most balanced and delicious amongst them all . They have done proper roasting, and the lovely aroma of this espresso fills up the house. I found these beans to be the best for freshly roasted coffee.

No flavour and little taste
This doesn't have any flavour or taste. You just get a bitter liquid out of this. Quite disappointing.

Simply awsome
Stale coffee received. Roasting date is 2 months back. Not recommended if you want to brew freshly roasted coffee. Update: Wow my perception about this coffee haa completely changed once I dialed it in for the first time in my non pressurized espresso machine. Video attached. Just see the texture and flow of the extraction. And tastes wonderful. A bit of chocolaty and fruity taste. Will buy these again

What is a good coffee.
I like freshly brewed coffee. Our daughter is in usa and she brings Columbian coffee beans which lasts till she visits next. Some times I have tried Decan coffee and there is a difference in taste and aroma.

Very bitter, no taste
Third-wave coffee is associated with the concept of specialty coffee, referring either to specialty grades of green (raw and unroasted) coffee beans (distinct from commercial grade coffee), or specialty coffee beverages of high quality and craft. This is anything but coffee of high quality or craft. I wanted to try something different and ordered their 100% Arabica medium roast beans. First, the roast is not as they describe, it seems to me more like a dark, or even very dark roast. It tastes very bitter and there is zero acidity. The crema is not smooth at all - very soapy.
