Waffles: Sweet, Savory, Simple Hardcover – November 7, 2012

Have tried out most of the waffles in this book and they are great! The recipes are simple yet have complex flavors. We have waffles probably every other week and my 3 year old and husband enjoy them. There are some classic recipes and then several new and fun recipes to try out. Overall I am very happy with this cookbook.

I have made several recipes from this book and they are all delicious! I would have given 5 stars, but the only problem I have is that many of the ingredients are not common things I have in my house on a Sunday morning when my family wants waffles. Be sure to plan ahead and buy necessary ingredients.

Both the basic recipe and the Belgian recipe came out very thin - too thin to even make the waffles. I had to go back and add flour to both of them to thicken them. They likely called for too much milk. I think they have some great ideas in here. but not recipes that you can follow measure for measure.

Very Happy with this purchase, arrived in excellent condition.

Had some really fun looking receipes I would definitely try. Bought as a gift for my sister who just received a waffle maker and likes to try new things.

Pretty decent waffle recipe book. Quite a few pictures along with some serving ideas, and quite a lot different and interesting recipes. Probably my favourite waffle book so far and would definitely recommend this one to anyone looking for a specialist waffle book.
