A good fit and ideal for the job.
This is actually a pretty good piece of kit. The towbar we have was a 13 pin plug. This comes through and looks too small for the job. However when you line it up, it screws on top and the spring loaded flap keeps out the way. The only down side is, to stow away, you have to unscrew it. This is a perfect fit and ideal for converting to a 5 pin plug...

Works well, but tight fit.
Perfect for attaching bike rack electrics to tow-bar, but fitting to the tow-bar connection point (13-pin in this instance) takes some strength to push on & then turn into place. Once on, very secure and easy to fit the 7-pin ‘side’ to the bike rack electrics.

Does exactly what is was meant to do and works a treat. We had to buy it for a bike carrying attachment that fits to our tow bar.

1 twist and it's ready to use.
I changed my motor and as the trailer lights towing plug was only 7 pin and the cars was 13 I looked on line found this. Job done. So easy to attach and very reasonable priced.

Der Adapter macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Er sitzt fest in der 13-poligen Steckdose und bietet einen sicheren Kontakt ohne Wackeln oder Spiel. Auch bei Regen und Schmutz bleibt die Verbindung zuverlässig, da die Dichtung sauber abschließt. Ich nutze ihn regelmäßig an verschiedenen Anhängern und bisher funktioniert alles tadellos – Licht, Blinker und Bremsen laufen fehlerfrei. Besonders positiv: das robuste Gehäuse und die stabile Verriegelung, die nicht wie bei günstigen Varianten schnell ausleiern. Ein durchdachter, langlebiger Adapter, den man bedenkenlos empfehlen kann – ideal für Wohnwagen, Anhänger oder Trailer.
