Great for thin hair!
Very impressed! Pros: • Noticed hair growth with consistent use • Lightweight and not oily at all • Easy to apply—no mess • Smells great, clean and fresh Cons: • Results take a little time (but worth it) This serum is perfect for fine hair. It doesn’t weigh hair down and layers well with styling products. Hair feels healthier and looks fuller over time. I’ll definitely keep using it!

Not Magic, just an effective product that works.
This works. Is it magic? No. However, if you follow the recommendations for use and consistently use the product. You will see growth. I am pleased with the results. During menopause, my hair thinned horribly. Panic was setting in and my hairstylist told me to try the shampoo and serum. I was happy with no harsh meds (minoxidil) and no way to ever stop using said meds. Is it expensive? A little, but nothing like the programs and products that cost hundreds of dollars a month. The serum does not make hair oily, nor does it dry the hair out. I am more happy with my hair than I have been in a while.

It works.
I believe hair serum does work, especially for the first 3–4 years. I like it a lot, wouldn’t think of not using it. I’m under a lot of stress now and don’t sleep well, so I’m sure I need it as much as. Ever did.

It's not harmful, but it's also not helpful.
It just doesn't do anything. I've been using this every other day for about six months. Not effective for me and that's the only reason for my 1 star. I do love the shampoo and conditioner, though. I don't think anything from this brand has helped to stimulate my hair growth - but the shampoo and conditioner makes my hair soooo healthy and shiny. I keep repurchasing those for that reason. This serum, however, I will not be buying again.
