I have tried other "off the shelf" mouth guards before. None of them were acceptable. I grind my teeth at night to the point where my lower teeth are not much more than stubs. Very bad. Not easy or cheap to fix. The Oral B Mouth guard is easy to mold to your own teeth/mouth. They only "stick to" your upper teeth, but they protect both the uppers and lowers from grinding each other. Most importantly, they are comfortable enough so that YOU WILL USE THEM. I use mine EVERY TIME I go to sleep. In fact, I own several sets of these. They come in a case which has a small loop built in to it. I attached a small "bulldog" clip onto a string and thorugh the loop built into the case. (Bulldog clips are the same small chromed clips used to secure ID badges. They are available for purchase on Amazon). I insert my mouthguard,and clip the mouthguard case onto a small ring which I have also attached to my nightstand. This keeps the case from getting lost. When I wake up, I put the night guard into the case, and clip it to my pajamas. Then, when I get up to go to the bathroom, I always remember to take it with me so that I can wash it off before the next time I go to bed. Keeping several on hand is a great idea in the event that you misplace one, or don't have a chance to properly clean the used one(s). Highly recommend this product. I never wanted to spend the $300 that my dentist wanted to charge me. This saved me from grinding my teeth into dust at a reasonable price. Thanks!

Originally I bought this at a pharmacy while traveling. I grind my teeth and left my mouth guard at home. This was perfect because you don’t need to boil water yo mold it, you can do it in a microwave. Hotels usually have a microwave so I got this. I have been buying them on Amazon ever since. I really like this particular mouth guard for a couple of reasons. Mostly it’s the low profile it has. I had a much larger mouth guard before and it shredded my gums. This doesn’t come up as high and rests just below your gum line. Very comfortable. Great fit and not bulky. The second thing I like about it is that only one gets molded to your teeth. The bottom side stays flat. Might seem like a negative, but if you’re wearing this for sleep not sport it is a much better fit as your teeth don’t need to line up perfectly.

This guard has a premium price and a reputable name, but simply doesn't work. Bought and tried 3, 2 for upper and 1 for my lower teeth (instructions say only for upper, but I contacted customer service and they said it could be used for lower too). The basic problem is that the guard may feel tight and firmly on your teeth, but it falls off during sleep---either/or because of fit or by the action of grinding your teeth. Tried all the manipulations the instructions described to make the guard tighter---no success. I brought and tried another product (separate review). It had some issues, but at least stayed on through the night. From my observations, the problem with the Oral-B is that the guard has too small a depth. At the highest point (front) depth is 5/16 inch, at the lowest 2/16. On the competing product that stayed in, highest depth is 10/16 and lowest 5/16, so twice the depth. Oral-B needs to rethink its product.

Fits an adult with a small mouth but length is a bit short. Easy to use with clear instructions. Can reheat and remold again if needed.

It works as a temp solution but get a professional mold done instead. Like other reviewers have said, its easy to use and fit but doesnt have enough for the front teeth. I bit completely through the first one and on the second attempt i can already tell im going to grind through it in a couple of nights

Made in best quality, easily fitted and very good comfortable, no stress and hard on teeth or even in sleep. It is durable, free size for all, yes it is value for money.
