The original faucet's knob wasn't well designed and kept slipping off. The knob is tightened with a screw, so this one should be sturdy for years to come. This one also came with a washer for above and below the faucet, unlike the original where I had to rig an upper washer to get the faucet tight against the sink.After everything on this new faucet was tightened, the reverse osmosis was turned on. I heard zip - no air escape, no trickle of water. Nothing. I turned it off and waited about 15 minutes only to get a trickle. Thought there was something in the faucet (some sort of plug or cover) that had to be removed. There is nothing in this box except the faucet and the washers to connect to countertop. From look at one of the videos there should be a faucet adapter which connects to the water line.
