First of all, I'm not using these for fishing. I am using them to make custom 3spd shifting cables for old Sturmey-Archer 3spd bicycle hubs.These are great, and consistent. Not a single bad one in the lot. The material is sturdy, and crimps well.I would have thought that these crimps were simple enough that any old crimp would be good enough, and I found out the hard way that it wasn't true . I purchased similar crimps by another seller, and had to send them back to Amazon. They were garbage.Buy these and you won't be disappointed.

These come in a small, very thick, pouch like clear plastic envelope and they seem like a good product.I got six packs or a total of 600 sleeves. Since I am 70, this many sleeves will probably last at least three more reincarnations. As long aqs the compqny does not charge my Amazon card for six packets I am cool with the whole thing. If they do charge me I will not be cool and get on Amazon's back if I can ever figure out how you just contact Amazon without going through their online version of a robotic menu that usually doesn't have the thing that's wrong to pick from. I still got not reply from Amazon about the micro SD card they claim was delivered. I guess it was stolen from my mailbox which is the on the street kind.Other than that, what can one say about crimping sleeves? These look high grade and should do the job so, baqrring an almost forty eight buck charge appearing on my card I am okay.If they want me to send five hundred of the things back they can send me a prepaid envelope and hope that I notice it in the mail.Buy these crimps if you need crimping sleeves.

The photo on AMAZON's page clearly says (and shows!) a bag of 1,000 pieces. Thinking that I had stumbled upon a really good deal, I ordered them. I got what looks like 100 pieces. Bummer.

I bought them for making titanium leaders they work great!

A total ripoff. Picture shows 1000 pieces. Description says 100. 1 received 73 pieces. They are also super small and will not fit the size of line they are supposed to. Stay away from this item.

When double crimped on 7-strand, 75-pound-test titanium wire, these crimps held until the wire failed with an 80-pound load. So far we've landed wahoo and short-nosed billfish in the 30-35 pound range without a problem.

Works great, I used them on multi-strand wire rated for 13, 20 and 30 pounds all held until wires broke with zero slippage.

seem to be ok thought there where more as it looks like 1,000 in picture, my mistake.Item ok have used them all up making fishing droppers

Size 1 is still a purrty big mouth.Chunkier than i thought but it’ll do the trick.

These are great crimps size 0 is best for single wire crimping ie Walleye Rigs or spacer blades

The crimp sizes sold by Amazon are reasonably priced compared to the absurd price from other vendors. The sizes I bought (0.071 & 0.085) are thin wall and easy to crimp. For extra holding power you can crimp them twice, especially the 0.085 because their long. So far their all true with no burrs.

The 0.132 size (9) is thick wall and strong but hard to crimp. I would suggest buying the next size down if it will fit. If you crimp something with a much smaller ID, you can see stress cracks. The photo is misleading...shows a bag of 1000
