Have only used it for 2 days, so far so good. Arrived a day later than promised, I don't understand, I have Amazon prime, yet most things I order seem to either not arrive or arrive later than promised. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, very unclear and the print is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it, near impossible. Instructions don't let you know if the product needed to be charged prior to use or time for charging. The product itself works very well so far. I will update after some real time of use. My rating is based on the use of the product, not the shabby delivery process.

This is just ok. Not one of my favorite flossers. It does not have as much power as some of the others I have purchased.

The orthodontic tip broke as soon as I turned it on. I thought, no matter, I’m not picky and can use a different tip. I have had the flosser for less than a week and it has already broken. The top will not screw onto the reservoir and leaks when in use, you also have to hold it super tight in order to get the top to stay on.

The pressure is not good on any setting and the water reservoir is too small. One of the water pick heads already broke. Keep looking, I’ll be returning this one.

The reservoir only holds enough water to do 1/4 of the cleaning, so it's a little cumbersome for home use, but it's an economical and practical for travel or temporary home use. Works great.

Great product for what I needed. Just got braces and this product does wonders getting food stuck in those hard to reach places out. Be mindful of the type of pressure mood you use especially if you have gum sensitivity. As far as traveling with this product I’d take it to work with me I just put whatever tools I using inside of the water cup itself and use it after my lunch break to clean up my mouth and rinse.

It's a pretty rickety piece of equipment but worked ok for a time. Then completely died after several months. Don't waste your money.

Never used a water flosser before but bought because my dentist recommended using one. It was a new and quite pleasant experience. It feels like a soothing massage of the mouth. This unit has good power and keeps a charge. Has multiple flow rates but I prefer the pulsating effect. Only down side is mouth sometimes feels so refreshed I forget to brush!
