The only complaint is the gloves are not stretchy and tear very easy. Go to Harbour Freight and buy yourself a whole box of good latex gloves. You can use them around your house for other things anyway. If you end up bottle feeding as we did, you'll also want more bottles and softer nipples. Contacted the company customer service was fantastic, put it in the mail the day they received the order. I noticed afterwards I reordered a different one but still worked out fine. Some items we never used at all, we couldn't figure out some other ones but we had back up at home thank god because of course we needed them items. Things worked out great. Will keep the items we didn't use for next litter maybe. Mama took care of the umbilical cords so we didn't need to. Stress free kit, would recommend.
