Quite Simply The Best
Just purchased to update the deck. Have used Armstrong Clark stain for about 7 years or so now. The finish wears well, and AGES GRACEFULLY. The last point is important. It does not peel, flake or prove challenging to strip when the time comes. Unlike products from say Cabot which were a real mess to deal with later. Protects the deck well, looks fantastic and is quick to prepare and apply. The prep is the longest part and that's where you need to put in the most care. Highly recommended.

This stain does not disappoint. Did my screen porch & fence with this stain & it turned out beautifully. You only need one coat.

High quality, good results
We are in the process of having our 30+ year old cedar deck restored. This product has worked beautifully (application, dry time, color). We purchased this extra can of stain to have on hand for any future needed touch-ups.

Stain won’t even set
Highly disappointed with this product, on the second use, after properly storing it (sealed and temperature controlled) for 8 months and using a mechanical mixer to remix it, when I applied to to a new project the stain wouldn’t even set and could be rubbed off. Definitely don’t recommend based off the price and the fact that it has such a terrible shelf life.
