What parts are detachable ?

It comes separated with two heads. One skeletal and one clear with veins and arteries. Half the body can be assembled muscle and half skeletal or the skelatal half can be covered w a clear layer of artery and veins. It's pretty small and if your trying to name the bones or muscles or arteries and veins, it's a useful tool but myself, I was hoping for larger and more clear for labeling structures.

Can the joints be rotated??

They come apart, but cannot be rotated.

The arm&leg fall off. i don't want to glue them. how do you keep it from falling apart?

You have to have patience and keep snapping it together 😊
