Good for you
There are a lot of health benefits with flaxseeds, and these were exactly as described, however, be careful with your dental work, I had to use a coffee grinder because the full seed kept getting into my gums, but that’s just a personal issue. Also, I read that your body absorbs them better if they are ground. But I like the idea of grounding them myself as I go.

Expensive for the volume
Seemed really expensive for the amount I received. I don’t have good buy in for why I should spend that much on flax seed. Won’t buy again
