I use fenugreek for its medicinal properties and THIS is HANDS DOWN the best I’ve had so far. I use it in my coffee along with a single pack of Splenda and some non dairy powdered hazelnut creamer for a sweet treat that doesn’t spike my glucose..and as a result I have come completely off my daily 33 units of PAINFUL INJECTIONS of insulin DAILY. 🙌 This spice totally helps regulate blood sugar…not to mention helps store a little extra wood for the fire 🔥 (If you know what I mean) It… along with a low carb high protein Diet at 66 years old has completely changed my life for the better. The texture is MUCH smoother than most other brands..and the color is much darker than others brands which I’m thinking is why the flavor is so much more pronounced not to mention it doesn’t clump up when you add it to hot brewed drinks or smoothies. This mix is a good timesaver but I need to add a few other things or it’s too peppery. I add date syrup, a tiny bit of PB & oat milk.

This moringa powder is the real deal. High quality and potent. Taste and aroma are earthy, and good. Easy to use and great value for the amount in the package. Beware, however, that because it is of such high quality that the beta carotene content is high. I found out I can't use this because of allergies I have to beta carotene. I can't eat raw carrots or kiwi or else I get severe allergic reaction. I found that this product does the same thing. I know it's the real deal because of my reaction. My husband will be using it in his smoothies as he as no such allergies. High quality product. EDIT: Maybe I'll try cooking with it. I can eat cooked carrots if they're well cooked and I love them. Maybe the same thing can apply to this moringa powder.

This is a fantastic place flavor enhancer. I use in place of daily ibuprofen. I must warn you turmeric is very colorful and will stain your clothing and countertops.

I ordered these to help relieve constipation and keep me going with a smooth healthy digestion, they're very effective. I soak them before going to sleep like less than half a teaspoon with some cumin seed and some fennel seed. I also put a few drops of apple cider vinegar in the water. In the morning, I drink some and I sip the rest throughout the day. It keeps me consistent and I can eat anything and even carbs. Alhumdulillah ❤️ Thank you for the great quality.
