Slick Skin Gua Sha Serum

I have been using it for just over a week, together with my Gua Sha tool. Before I bought them I was thinking what a sucker I am for thinking that my skin might look better if I scraped a weird looking tool over it with some oil. BUT, to my great surprise, I am very happy with it! The first time I did it mother asked me what I had done to my skin, it looked nice. The oil itself doesn't feel overly heavy to me, but did offer enough of a slick surface to the job. When I'm done there is not a greasy mess to wipe off. I just rinse my face in a bit of warm water if needed. No, I haven't really seen a huge change in my skin just yet, but I'm not giving up. My skin took 57 years to get this way so going in reverse will not happen overnight. I love how nice my skin feels after. I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed I feel after. My skin was less puffy and felt smooth. I did however snap a pic and will take another in a month or so to post a before and after in effort to let others have an idea of what they might expect. I am 58 yrs old and sunburn quite easily hence any wrinkles, discoloration etc. Hope this might help you in making your choice.

This product is such a beautiful product! It has a nice slip to it while it being effective. I’ve never used squalene and this is my first time and my experience with it has been nothing but amazing! Most oils clog my pores / break me out, but so far this one has not done either! My skin LOVES it! The product itself is thick, but it doesn’t sit on top of the skin. When I put it on at night I wake up the next morning with glowing and moisturized skin. During the day, I mix it in with my daily moisturizer and work it into my skin. It gives a nice base for my makeup. So far, I have no complaints about the product itself. The only issue I have is with the dropper. I’m not sure if I received a defective one, but it seems like the dropper can not hold onto the product as I noticed the product will drip by itself (not heavily) when I take out the dropper (with product inside the dropper) out from the bottle. This might be because of the thickness of the product, which I’m not too bothered by as I found a way to work around it. A small price to pay for an amazing product!!

This product is really a great pick for using with a gua sha. It has a slick, oil-like texture that isn’t greasy and feels very smooth on the skin. It helps the gua sha easily glide over your skin when massaging and it also leaves your skin feeling soft and dewy. I love it so far and will continue to use it with my gua sha until I run out

First of all, let me start by saying that now I am officially a believer of this brand! So far I have tried both Slick Skin and We Occlusive, I can say that I am in love! I never thought these PRODUCTS would become part of my daily routine. I gave it a month, I really wanted to test these products out before writing anything about them. Some products suit my skin, and some don't, some work for the first two weeks, and all of a sudden the same products are making my skin irritated. Which is why, I really like to take my time with skincare products. The combination of two is Magic! Must have! Amazing ingredients! I use Slick Skin during the daytime religiously with the Sacheu Gua SHA tool I got last year! It is part of my everyday morning routine, and I see a huge difference in my skin. I started to see a difference in my skin after two weeks of using the product, and now I can't live without it!

I have what most people call combination skin. I believe it’s more oily than anything else. Like everyone else I bought this product and it definitely makes the skin slick but within 2 days my face had acne EVERYWHERE even places I normally don’t get acne. I waited a week or 2, allowed the acne to clear up, sanitized my tools and gave it another try…. Again a few days later my face is bumpy. I give the product to my best friend who typically has dry skin. He calls me today to inform me that “my product broke his face out”. Because of the great reviews I thought maybe the product just wasn’t for me because I was naturally just an oily gal however, when he called me with the same complaint and he has a totally different skin type, I knew it wasn’t me.

This product is amazing for more mature skin. I use it twice a day and apply my day and night moisturizers over it. Highly recommend! Great value for the price.

I have to say I am really impressed. Great product. I use it in the morning and evening and my face looks nice and it is not clingy or heavy, just right. I will definitely buy it again.

Great product for what it's meant to do: oil for slick skin to massage your face! Beautiful packaging - the new bottle + dropper is great and totally functional. I have sensitive skin and my face is loving this hydration.

I’m in love with this so far, perfect for Gua sha. It’s a silicone based serum that is nice and thick! It leave me so moisturized and hydrated all day without feeling oily (something I struggle with). Hasn’t broken me out so far, but the only reason I give this a 4 and not a 5 is just because I haven’t used it long enough to see if it does break me out. So far so good!

This is a very gentle oil with great results.

It makes my nightly gua sha massage so much easier! It makes the progress just so easy!
