Wish the treat pouch was bigger with a separate pocket to fit a cell phone and pepper spray. Other then that it is awesome and very strong. My 90 lb German Shepard is much easier to handle. It is a bit harder to pull him back with the first handle to get to the closer handle for control due to the stretch though.

Do not buy! After less than a month of use the belt snapped and our dog ran into a busy street and was nearly killed by multiple cars. People could have been seriously hurt or killed by the traffic mayhem this caused.

I love it, however the buckles are very heavy for my little chihuahua. I wish I would have paid more attention to that before I bought it. I'm sure it's great for bigger dogs. I'm going to try to jimmy rig it to get the heavy buckle off my baby. I LOVE being able to run with my arms free though!

UPDATE:Company has outstanding customer service. Even though I did not have an issue with this products manufacturing, (it just was not the right tool for my smaller dog) the company quickly reached out to me about it. Gotta love the personal touches and sincerity, in this day and age. I am going to tell my clients, with larger breed dogs, about this product and this company. I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars.Original post:Love the idea of this mechanism. The metal hardware is definitely sturdy, a little too heavy for my liking. The leash is reflective and seemed durable, although the bungee was not what I was expecting. I run with my dogs all the time and figured I would try this leash for my smaller dog, Lucy (cocker spaniel) as she tends to run a bit ahead of my pace, but I ended up sending it back because it just seemed too bulky for us. If you have a larger dog, maybe 45-70lbs, I'm sure this would work just great for you.

Loved the freedom of this leash for taking our dog hiking in the mountain. The bungee in the leash sometimes was unhelpful as the dog could throw you off balance by changing direction while on uneven terrain, but for a walk around the neighborhood its just fine. More than fine! The dog in question is medium size mixed bully breed around 30 pounds. Wish I had this years ago. Now we can walk the dog and push a stroller without him throwing off the strollers balance/trajectory.
