Nice to Get Away from Wheat Noodles
Very nice taste. Instructions are to boil 9 minutes. Even boiling for 12 minutes, these noodles were 1/3 hard needing another 5 minutes or more.

Best tasting gluten free pasta
This pasta is probably the best out of all of the gluten free options. It's consistency and taste is similar to regular semolina wheat pasta and doesn't have too much of a rice pasta flavor, like many other gluten free quinoa pastas have. Only downside is the price.

Ordinarily I love this pasta! But the last 2 boxes I got turned to mush. Looked like rice and I did not overcook it. I suppose it could have been a bad batch.
