I love everything about this product. I am typically a supplement snob and usually only by professional grade, glass bottle supplements. Even though this comes in a plastic bottle, I love it because it just flat out works. I find these to be so potent that I sometimes empty half of the powder out of a capsule prior to taking it. Sometimes a half a capsule is all I need. If you're not familiar with passion flower, it works phenomenally to calm anxiety. I find it as effective as the common prescription anti anxiety medicines without the hassles. Unfortunately, it can be a little sedating, which makes it also effective as a sleep aid. These pills are fairly easy to swallow for a capsule. Easy to open so dose can be adjusted. No taste or aftertaste noted. For me, they have a fairly quick onset of 15-20 minutes or so, and seem to work for several hours. I don't notice any lingering after effects or sedation, just a nice calm and relief from my anxiety. These are easy to find and readily available, very reasonably priced and flat out effective. if you're struggling from anxiety, I definitely recommend giving these a try.

I just tried these pills today and they have helped my anxiety a lot! I don’t feel a strong calming effect or feel like I’ve taken something, but I feel normal again. I have high baseline anxiety and this brought it down to zero. I’ve seen it can also be used for sleep but I personally didn’t get sleepy at all, which makes it a good morning anxiety supplement for me.
