Zwilling Madura Non-Stick Pan, Never gets put away. Our everyday pan now! Perfect size, weight, handling, & performance. Everyone is different so it’s a personal choice; we like the pan feel & response. Cooks anything, even eggs without sticking. Heats quickly. We don’t usually use non-stick pans as they contain toxic chemicals. However, this Madura pan is not made of the typical PFOA toxic chemical compound with potential health hazards to non-stick. Instead are made of, “Duraslide Granite”, No PFOA, resulting in a safer pan. We decided to tryout for some recipes that require non-stick, and find ourselves using it more frequently. We do not cook on high heat, or leave pans empty, or dry, to preserve the longevity. Noticed other review pictures that may have been a result from misused to the pan, or different model, but the #66290-286-0 Madura we received has a different design, no peeling or damage. If first impressions hold, this is exactly the egg pan I have been searching for for years. It is hefty and balanced and has even heat distribution. The butter melts and spreads in a full circle. The egg cooks perfectly, evenly, and slides off the pan with ease. What I find charming is the instructions actually admit the non-stick will fade over time. We all know non-stick does this but to have the maker tell you is ideal. No high heat and keep the cleaning products away. Just rinse and dry. Works fine with my induction stove top.

Since my original review, my smaller pan developed small dots in the center, where the coating had come loose. They were perfectly round which may have happened during the coating of the pan at the factory. Here's the cool part: I contacted Zwilling directly. They got right back to me, asked a few questions, and asked me to return the pan with a prepaid label that they provided. In a week or so, I received a new set of pans. Customer service was incredibly friendly and professional....like going back in time, in the best way.I love these pans and would not hesitate to buy more from Zwilling.....................These are great pans. They have some weight to them which I like because they do not warp or bow in the middle when used on high heat. I like that the non-stick surface is safer than older models. They are also deep enough for deep frying or stir frying. The pans are very easy to clean. I store them without stacking as to not scratch the non-stick surface. I just wish this pan came in a 12" model for cooking larger dishes and had accompanying lids. Otherwise, these are great pans that will last a long time.

Far thicker and heavier than previous nonstick pans I’ve owned, helping with better heat distribution and heat retention. Excellent slippery release, but they’re all this way for the first few weeks. I’ll change my review if it doesn’t hold up for at least a year.Well folks, it’s been a full year since purchase and this is the best nonstick pan I have owned to date. I use this pan at least once a day and it’s had all sorts of things fried in it. It still remains very slippery and nonstick and I’ve not yet put a scratch in it and I use metal tongs all the time.Fry on, people!

Potstickers are not potstickers in this beauty and eggs, any style, fly out of the pan! I baby it because of the price (as of today, it's over $6 more than what I paid in 12/22) and don't use a high flame, don't cook acids in it (tomato sauce, etc.) use silicone and wooden utensils and clean it according to instructions, which is why I gave it three out of five stars for "versatility. Works great for my designations. My only criticism (thus far) is that it doesn't come with a lid, so I use a glass lid from another ten-inch pan.

This is well made, good weight (not too heavy nor too light), distributes the heat beautifully and extra easy to clean.

I have had this less then 2 months and it was great until 1 use with a metal spoon. The surface is scuffed so bad after 1 use. Only use wood utensils with this product.

Like: great quality; non-stick surface; can hold handle without potholder; reliable manufacturer; have separately bought 3 different sizes (11", 9.5", and 8") over time. Cons: wish I could use metal tools with this pan and am being very careful to avoid scratches.

Been using Copperchef (last about 6 months to a year at best). This pan is better constructed and the higher quality is very obvious

Lasted 2 years then got scratched so had to discard it

Ist ganz schnell meine Lieblingspfanne geworden. Brät richtig gut und lässt sich ganz einfach reinigen. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
