Quality is great. Taste not so much.
It's a bit too sweet for a hoisin sauce. The elements of umami, sourness and sharpness should be increased by adjusting the ingredients in the original recipe. Quality is excellent though and consistency is perfect. Though the taste is not appropriate or authentic neither is it unpleasant. If it's a cooking sauce it's still alright but for a dipping sauce it's too sweet.

Unauthentic tasting Hoisin
Did not like the flavour profile of this particular brand of hoisin. It is EXTREMELY sweet and has a strong MISO taste which is uncalled for. Would not recommend buying this. We will certainly not be purchasing this again for sure. ** If you are buying it for your Pho, it will definitely ruin the experience. Do not buy
