If your lighter complected should you go with the Browns or the golden drops?

I would definitely go with the golden if you are more fair. The bronzed was perfect for me in the summer months but I live in the Midwest so will need the golden for the winter months.

Does this go on before or after primer?

I would say after. The bottle says you can wear it alone or mixed in foundation. So you could try it alone without primer or after primer with your foundation or tinted moisturizer- whatever you wear as your base!
